   Day 1

   Arrive Istanbul

   Airport welcome, transfer, and the rest of the day at leisure.

2. 2
   Day 2

   Old city highlights

   Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Topkapı Palace and the Grand Bazaar.

3. 3
   Day 3

   Bosphorus & bridges

   Cruise, Asian-side viewpoints, Spice Market and a free evening.

4. 4
   Day 4

   Fly to Cappadocia

   Morning flight, cave hotel check-in, then Devrent and Paşabağ valleys at golden hour.

   Day 5

   North Cappadocia

   Optional sunrise balloon, then Göreme Open-Air Museum, Uçhisar castle and Avanos pottery.

6. 6
   Day 6

   South Cappadocia

   Derinkuyu underground city, Ihlara valley walk and Pigeon Valley viewpoint.

7. 7
   Day 7

   Departure

   Transfer to Kayseri or Nevşehir airport for your onward flight.
